I'm not going to promise you a miracle. What I will promise is that I'll listen properly, challenge you when you need it, and be in your corner every step of the way.

A proper conversation first
We start with a free 30-minute chat — just the two of us. You tell me where you're at, what's not working, and what you're hoping for. I'll be straight with you about whether I think I can help.

Eight weeks of proper 1:1 work
One hour a week, just you and me. Each session has a clear purpose and real activities you'll actually use between sessions. No homework for the sake of it — everything counts.

You leave with something real
By the end you'll have a six-month plan you actually believe in, habits that stick, and the kind of quiet confidence that doesn't need to shout. The work carries on long after we're done.

Discover what truly matters to you through a values assessment and strengths finder. We establish the foundation everything else is built on — a clear understanding of who you are at your core.

Turn your values into a compelling vision for the future. Using the SMART framework, you'll set 3 short-term goals and one defining long-term goal — each broken into clear, actionable steps.

Overcoming Limiting Beliefs & Mindset Shifts
Identify the stories you've been telling yourself that aren't serving you. We challenge and reframe each one, replacing them with empowering beliefs rooted in a growth mindset.

Audit where your time actually goes, then redesign it. Using the Eisenhower Matrix and the Pomodoro Technique, you'll learn to protect time for what matters most and stop feeling perpetually behind.

About Paul

I've been where you are. That's not a line — it's the whole point.

I know what it's like to feel like the system wasn't built for you. Growing up with ADHD, school was a daily reminder that I didn't fit the mould — I wasn't lazy, I wasn't difficult, my brain just worked differently. Nobody told me that back then. I spent years feeling like I was falling behind, quietly battling imposter syndrome and wondering why everything that seemed easy for others felt like a fight for me. Sound familiar?

Those experiences didn't hold me back in the end. They made me a better coach. Because I don't just understand what it feels like to doubt yourself — I've lived it, worked through it, and come out the other side. I now call Melbourne home, where I'm raising two teenage kids and have spent over 20 years helping people find the same clarity I had to fight for.

I work with people of all ages — from young people figuring out who they are, to professionals who've lost their spark, to anyone in between who knows something needs to change but can't quite put their finger on what. My approach is simple: I listen properly, I'm straight with you, and I bring everything I've got to every session. Empathy and emotional intelligence aren't skills I've learned from a textbook — they're just who I am.
